What is Charles & Hunt?
Charles & Hunt is a men?s wardrobe styling and personal shopping service based out of downtown Hamilton. Our stylists hand-select high-quality garments for each client based on their specific needs and budget.The company was created out of the need to simplify the male shopping experience while providing individualized customer service.

Who is my stylist?
You will be assisted by a fashion-forward and experienced professional in the industry ? someone who truly understands the way gentlemen dress. Founder and Head Stylist, Carla Criminisi, is a menswear aficionado and is dedicated to helping men improve the way they dress ? by letting her and her team take care of it. With a background in men?s fashion and international experience in the industry, Carla gained the requisite skills to create a client-focused styling firm in order to alleviate the time and stress of shopping for men.?Speak with Carla directly?to change the way you shop.
How do I know if this service is right for me?
Do you feel like you?re too busy to shop because of your personal and professional lives? Do you want to avoid malls, hectic parking lots, and commission-hungry sales staff? Do you feel stuck when it comes to your wardrobe? If the answer is yes to one or all of these questions, we can help. Your stylist will give you advice about what you really need based on your lifestyle and budget. Plus, there is no commitment necessary. You can use the service as little or as much as you?d like.
Is there a service fee?
There is a minimal service fee. You will be invoiced for the retail product you choose and a service fee of $100 (per new order) plus 10% will be applied.
What if I have specific brand or styling requests?
We know that everyone has different style preferences, needs, and one size does NOT fit all. For that reason, we will shop anywhere and everywhere to find pieces that are perfect for you, making sure that we keep a high-standard for quality and construction.
Do you offer big and tall options?
Of course. Many of our in-house brands offer Big and Tall sizes. Our Custom and Made-to-Measure programs are also a great options as we can create custom suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers, denim, and outerwear.
What is the price range of your products?
It is our priority to provide our clients with high-quality, well-made goods that are from Canadian and international brands (after all, we believe in quality over quantity!). Prices may vary for product sourced outside of our showroom, however, price ranges of our in-house brands are as follows:

Do you provide an alteration service?
We have an experienced tailor off-site who will make any and all necessary adjustments to your items (additional fees may apply).
Is there a membership fee?
No. There is no commitment necessary to use our services.
Do you operate as appointment only?
We do recommend that you book an appointment with us so that we can provide each client with the best possible service and attention. Our general hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. We do take evening appointments during the week between 5-7pm.

How often can I receive wardrobe updates?
Don?t want to think about booking an appointment every season but want regular wardrobe updates? If you are interested in having outfits regularly coordinated for you (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually), speak with your stylist to discuss Scheduled Styling, what you want to receive and when.
Do you provide styling services?
Currently,?Charles & Hunt is a personal styling and image consulting service exclusively for men. We are happy to work with wives, girlfriends, partners, family, and friends to find gifts for the men in their life.

Do you have giftcards available?
Yes, we would be happy to help you find the perfect gift! Gift cards are available at any denomination or you can contact us about specific preferences or requests.
Is there a minimum budget?
In order to provide our clients with high-quality product, our minimum order is $500 CAD, before applicable taxes and service fee, but there is no limit to your order amount.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with the fit or style of any items you receive, we would be happy to return or exchange them for something more suitable based on the policies below:
Refunds, Exchanges, & Sale Merchandise
Refunds can be made within 14 days of purchase as long as the garment is in original condition (unworn and unaltered) with tags attached.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase as long as the garment is in original condition (unworn and unaltered) with tags attached.
Sale items are exchange only within 30 days of purchase as long as the garment in original condition (unworn and unaltered) with tags attached.
